Additionally, if you create or log into your Mighty account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Google), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, account information, friends lists, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform. We may also collect information from insurers, medical providers, and other parties relevant to Your claim, as authorized by You.

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your location based on your IP address.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our products and services. We also use the information we collect to:

Process and facilitate transactions and send you related information, including confirmations, receipts, invoices, and customer experience surveys;

We share personal information in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this policy:

We share personal information at your direction with other third parties with whom you have directed us to share certain information.
We share personal information with vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, shipping and delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer service, and marketing and advertising.
We share information with our affiliated legal partners, including Mighty Counsel PLLC, to evaluate your potential claims and facilitate the Services you request.
If you choose to use integrations we offer on our Services, such as posting to our blog using Facebook, or Twitter, we may share certain information with the integration partners.
We may disclose personal information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If You use Our claim support Services, we share personal information with insurers, medical providers, billing offices, and other parties as necessary to administer Your claim at Your direction.
If You are referred to a law firm for potential legal representation, we share relevant claim information solely for the attorney's evaluation of potential representation.

We also use and share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

SMS Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to provide requested services and communications.

Use of Anonymized Claim Information

You grant Mighty the right to use information about Your claim, including settlement outcomes, negotiation strategies, and case facts, for marketing, educational, promotional, and business development purposes, provided that all personally identifying information is removed through anonymization. Mighty will not use Your name or identifying information for testimonials without separate, explicit written consent. No compensation is provided for Mighty’s use of anonymized claim information.

Advertising and Analytics

We allow others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the web and in mobile apps. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Mighty and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity. Mighty is headquartered in the United States and only offers our goods and services to those in the United States. We have operations and service providers in the United States and other countries, including the Philippines. Therefore, we and our service providers process data in the United States and may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide similar levels of data protection.

If you wish to delete your account (via a user settings page, by email or otherwise), please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.
