A lawyer’s fee is usually about a third of your settlement. Law firms pay for people to answer phones, send emails to insurers and run billboard ads, and that cost is built into the fee. Mighty doesn’t have those costs, so Mighty is free.
But if Mighty is free, how do we make money?
Mighty is free to you, and stays free. Many people resolve their claim with Mighty alone. Others want us to connect them with someone else along the way: a lawyer, or someone who works on getting their medical bills reduced. When that happens, that person may pay us a fee out of what they’d charge anyway, so their price to you isn’t higher because we’re involved.
Free, and no commitments
One tricky thing about hiring a lawyer to handle your case is it’s a hard decision to take back. If a lawyer does any work on your case, they can usually claim part of your settlement for it, even if you later fire them and pursue the case some other way.
Mighty’s not like that. Using Mighty comes with no obligation. You can hire a lawyer, abandon your case, or try a different service at any time. We’ll be sorry to see you go but you’ll owe us nothing.
